Utilising our extensive in-house expertise we worked closely with the client’s project team and local anti-terrorism unit to fully design and specify all architectural details and finishes. Working in conjunction with our engineering team all the critical HVAC control for negative room pressurisation was integrated along with the facility autoclave provisions and specialist fumigation requirements.
Working on a ‘live’ busy campus site presented a number of engineering challenges but spending only 12 weeks on site, our project management team closely supervised this critical installation. With the facility built to meet the requirements of the ACDP and LPS1175 this demanded a careful approach to construction. With particular regard being paid to the room fabric and integrated components as well as the associated building services as well as all electrics including facility lighting, small power, datacoms and fire protection, CDCfm provided a comprehensive service.
Delivering reliable, energy-efficient and cost-effective facilities maintenance solutions and HVAC service.
