The facility refurbishment began with the partial strip out of the existing building. Extensive use of full height glazing within the composite panel wall structure together with walk-on access ceilings, vinyl floors and high specification doors complimented the overall facility architecture. The provision of new HVAC to environmentally condition the areas together with dedicated process gases and cooling water along with all key electrical services including lighting, equipment and general power supplies were provided.

Through professional collaborative working CDCfm’s design and project management team exceeded all expectations ensuring the site remains a centre of manufacturing excellence within the group.
