The facility refurbishment began with the partial strip out and weatherproofing of the existing building. New walls and walk-on panel ceilings together with vinyl and resin floors and high specification roller shutter doors complimented the overall architecture. The provision of new HVAC to condition the areas together with dedicated equipment LEV was installed along with all key electrical services including lighting, equipment and general power supplies.

Through professional collaborative working CDCfm’s design and project management team exceeded all expectations ensuring the site will become a centre of manufacturing excellence for the group.
