Secured through competitive tender, CDCfm delivered this 500m² turnkey cleanroom and clean-lab facility for a global securities manufacturer. The general project scope entailed the complete fit-out of this new-build development to create these expansive high-spec ISO 7 cleanrooms and associated manufacturing and research laboratories.

As Principle Contractor, CDCfm undertook complete responsibility for the detailed design as well as the full project management of the cleanroom works through in-house resources. Our turnkey provision included the full architectural build and complete servicing of both the cleanrooms and laboratory areas incorporating process equipment crane rail together with the HVAC and general M&E systems.
Close collaborative working between CDCfm and the customer ensured the total success of the project being delivered on time and in budget.
